Dance Forms

Dance to me is to express how I feel. It's my way of escaping and forgetting about a problem. It's also some sort of great way to exercise too by working your muscle through dancing and feeling the beat of it. Dance its really fun. It can easily turn away your sad face away when seeing someone dancing for you. It brings laughter to life too.
